We've been working on this recipe for several weeks: we wanted a perfect bread that doesn't contain any honey, shortening or cream as other whole wheat breads do. So here it is, the perfect 100% whole wheat bread with only the healthiest ingredients that is ready in 2 hours.

Focaccia leafs
The focaccia is a typical italian bread type. You can use it as a very tasty base for sandwiches and also serve with plates with sauces or as an appetizer. The trick of this bread is that the dough is made with spices as oregano, thyme and basil that give it a very characteristic flavour. You can also add some grated garlic, though if you have dinner guests I would recommend you to be careful with that as not everyone likes the strong flavour it can give :). Before cooking we cut the dough with a cookie cutter but you can simply extend the dough on the oven tray and cut it after cooking if you don't want the hassle with the cookie cutter. This recipe will give you a cookie-like focaccia due to the whole wheat flour, if you'd like a softer consistency use white flour (it's also delicious) or add some butter to the dough (the version with the butter we didn't tested yet, but that's what I normally use to soften whole wheat flour doughs).

Black olive bread
This focaccia bread version can be a good apetizer or you can also serve it with dishes. Five minutes before taking them off the oven you can also sprinkle some grated cheese on them.

Baguette
The baguette is a very popuar bread type in some Mediterranean cultures: the irresistible smell makes you enter the bakery and chances are high that on the way home you will eat at least 20cm from the fresh baked baguette. Now with this recipe you will be able to prepare baguettes at home. It is very easy and you will only need a few ingredients, and also some patience to wait until the dough swells...

Egg salad
A perfect recipe for those sunday mornings when you have time to prepare a huge and healhy breakfast - and also to enjoy it. We recommend to try it with a home-made baguette, some fresh squeezed fruit juice and a cup of coffee. Irresistable, right?
